Below is a list of sponsorship opportunities, dates are provided where possible, and we will update with firm dates when available. We’ve found this year, when trying to obtain sponsorship, some businesses didn’t have this information prior to their budget process. Please check back for new events and opportunities throughout the year, but it is our hopes by providing this in advance of events it can help interested businesses with budget preparation. Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce offers ad space on the inside and back cover of the monthly newsletter, the Monday update that is e-mailed to all of our members and Kiosk (2 structures located on the square) space.
- Newsletter Ads 1 ¾ x 3 ¾ for $25 a month
- Newsletter banner 1 ¾ x 7 ½ for $40 a month
- Newsletter 1/3 page 3 ¼ x 7 ½ $65 a month
- Back of Newsletter 2 ¼ x 2 ½ $25 a month
- Website Ad on home page $150 a year
- Website Ad on other pages $50 a year
- Website coupon $50 a year
- Kiosk Advertising, $25 a month or $20 a month if 3 or more months are reserved at the time of initial rental.

“Monmouth on the Move” monthly luncheons
Typically, the first Wednesday of every month. You can speak for around 20-30 minutes on your business. Signage is put up indicating the sponsor. Advertising in the monthly newsletter as to the sponsor for the upcoming luncheon, and two free meals the day of the luncheon. $200
Annual Community Directory
This great resource lists all of the members by category and alphabetically. Our members are given the opportunity to advertise in various sizes, inside pages or the covers. The guide is placed in hotels and numerous other businesses for exposure.

Annual Trade Show (Normally held in February – subject to change)
Monmouth has a successful, annual Trade Show (formerly known as the Home Show) typically held in February. Sponsorship includes booth space, advertising on all of the flyers and registrations. Commercials will run the month of the show featuring the sponsor. In the past one sponsor has been the norm, however, we would like to grow this venture and are open to additional sponsorship for the event.

Staff Appreciation Luncheon (held on Administrative Appreciation day, typically in April) and the Annual Dinner (March 2019?)

Annual Golf Outing (always in May)
Tournament Sponsor – $1500 – Includes recognition in and an ad space on the inside front cover of the golf program, an ad space in the June chamber newsletter, signage at the event as the tournament sponsor, the opportunity to have staff on hand to distribute brochures or company literature, registration for TWO foursomes (includes green fees, cart rental, breakfast, late lunch, eight drink tickets, and eight mulligans.
Late Lunch Sponsor – $100 – Includes recognition in and an ad space on the inside front cover of the golf programs, an ad space in the June chamber newsletter, table tents during the late lunch, opportunity to display company brochures, banners during the late lunch, and one foursome registration (includes green fees, cart rental, breakfast, late lunch, four drink tickets and four mulligans).
Breakfast Sponsor – $775 – Includes recognition and an ad space in the golf program, and the Chamber newsletter. Table tents at all tables during the breakfast, the opportunity to display company brochures and banners during breakfast and registration for a foursome (includes green fees, cart rental, breakfast, late lunch, four drink tickets and four mulligans).
Prize Sponsor – $600 – Includes recognition and an ad space in the golf program, ad space in the June Chamber newsletter, opportunity for an employee to hand out prizes and make an announcement before each prize during the drawing. Possible photo opportunity for the newsletter and registration for four players (includes green fees, cart rental, breakfast, late lunch and four drink tickets).
Cart Sponsor – $350 (2 available) – Includes recognition in the golf program, Chamber newsletter, and an 8 ½ x 11 laminated sign with your logo on every golf cart.
Hole in One Sponsor $300 (2 available)
Hole Sponsor – $125 (18 available) – Includes recognition in the golf program, Chamber newsletter, sign at the tee recognizing sponsorship and the opportunity to have an employee at the tee distributing company information or a give away.
