Warren County Landlords Association
The members of the Warren County Landlords Association come together to promote and inform the rental housing interests of the rental property owners of Warren County, Illinois.
In our endeavor to accomplish this goal, we will through regular meetings, remain aware of economic development events, which have implications for the prospects of housing development in the community.
The landlords shall from time to time make known the views of the association or its members to public officials regarding impending public decisions of public bodies, which impact the interests of our membership.
We will support the efforts of the community to promote the aesthetic well-being of the community through programs, which assist in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, physical condition and safety of rental housing in the community. To this end, we favor the use of grant and loan programs and tax incentive to achieve these goals.
We will share with association membership information regarding performance of obligations under leases or other rental agreements in the occupancy of rental unties of members of the association.

The Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau® is a grass-roots, not-for-profit, membership organization and our mission is to promote and support agriculture and our communities. Although our focus is mainly agriculture, you do not have to be a farmer to be a member of the Farm Bureau. Anyone can join our organization and enjoy the benefits that are offered to our members such as local and statewide discounts offered by a variety of businesses. Our farmer members vote and set the policy for the organization which is why we are called a grassroots organization.
Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau is part of the Illinois Farm Bureau® which currently consists of 96 Illinois county Farm Bureaus. The Farm Bureau was originally organized to promote the most permanent and profitable system of agriculture possible along with programs to provide educational opportunities to enhance the social and financial welfare of its members. The organization still does those things but has also evolved into assisting farmers with legislative issues, providing leadership opportunities, furnishing information services & products, bringing ag education into the classrooms and educating the general public about the agriculture industry.
The Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau® Farm Bureau® is located at 1000 N Main St, Monmouth, IL and we also have a satellite office which is located at 406 E Main St in Stronghurst. For more information call us at 309-734-9401 or email us at email@example.com.
